PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION
Essential Reflections Counseling and Consultation staff provide private, confidential consultation services to individuals, agencies, organizations, and other community stakeholders.

For Social Workers/Therapists: consultation on clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, personal issues.
For Community Organizations: consultation on Employee/Employer relationships, trauma issues and trauma-informed programming and implementation, employee assistance
SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISION
Individual training supervision is offered to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) who require oversight towards their independent licensure as required by The State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
FEES
Professional Consultation: $150/hour
Social Work Supervision for Independent Licensure: $50/hr
